JTAG setup for CCSv3?

I've got a bit of a newbie question, but can anyone describe how to setup CCSv3.3 for JTAG access?
I've got a blackhawk 560, I added a custom board with a 6700 DSP, using the supplied GEL file, but I can't seem to get it to connect.

Is there a guide to how to setup GEL files?
Or even better is there a pre-built setup for the MityDSP?

Hi Mr. Szuch,

Blackhawk provides drivers for connecting to the OMAP-L138. This will give you the option for connecting to the C674X core.
