What is the frequency tolerance and stability (in PPM) of the 100 MHz oscillator used to drive the CLKUSR pin on the SOM? I cannot seem to find this information in the SOM datasheet.

For context, my design contains an elastic FIFO used to compensate for clock drift between a remote transmitter and receiver. The local CLKUSR oscillator drives the read-side of this FIFO, so without specs, I cannot calculate the required FIFO depth as I do not know what the maximum frequency deviation will be.
