Modification for 3.3V Bank Supply Voltage¶

This modification kit will change the supply rail to the SOM IO from 1.8V to 3.3V.
Affected Components and Functions:

• All SOM IO will operate at 3.3V when S7 is switched to the “1.8V” position
• TP9 will measure 3.3V instead of 1.8V
• I2C Expansion header (J7) may not operate correctly and may require additional modifications
• I2C on the FMC header (J6) may not operate correctly and may require additional modifications
• I2C communications to the SOM Power Monitor (U16) may not operate correctly and may require additional modifications

Modifications:

• Replace R92 (originally 6.04kΩ) with a 6.98kΩ 0402 resistor (CRCW04026K98FKED or equivalent).
• Replace R96 (originally 4.87kΩ) with a 2.21k 0402 resistor (CRCW04022K21FKEDC or equivalent).
